Sky sent my hub to old address from 6 years ago

Hello

Orderd sky broadband  to switch from my current  provider all went well over  phone said the address i wanted  it to go to witch is where everything else sky has come to in the last six years and now theyve decided  to send it to a completely  different  address from 7 years ago . My activation  is on the 15 im sat with no new hub no confirmation  emails of another one that's been reordered . If I dont have my hub tomorrow  I'll be cancelling  and telling old provider to stop the switch as it's been a nightmare  already and it's just the start

@Az12344 All sounds like you have an old sky account that your BB package has been attached too, best get that checked with sky, CS can see that straight off!

Yeah the agent on the phone automatically  must of clicked old address  instead of the  where I am now  which is strange  had the sky letters saying they're taking over the line to my current  address just the hub deliverd to an old address I've spoke to sky but still not had any confirmation  of a new hub being sent out . Probably  end up cancelling  tomorrow  and getting bt to re activate tomorrow 😄
