Sky sending wrong engineer?

City fibre installed my full fibre Wednesday 22nd April, it failed after 4 days, contacted sky and due to my work commitments today was booked for engineer. 

today I've got a message from OPENREACH 

surely that's the complete wrong company to try and fix the fault ? I'll be without internet for yet more time ! Any ideas please ?

@Martyn+S thst sounds wrong so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
