Sky request to move to 1:1 map-t

Hi,

how do I request sky to move from ip address sharing and move to  1:1 map-t?

I've seen forms on the forum but they are no longer working.

thanks

Hi

If you're issue relates to a VPN being 'blocked' then I used the form below last week and sky made the change at their end.

I do not think you can change the setting in the router yourself.

Sky will only fulfill requests for it if there is a specific issue you are experiencing. Alternatively you can trigger your hub to change the mapping by enabling UPnP or setting a port forwarding rule.

How can I do that, I've tried logging in as admin to the ip address but can't see the part to change this
