Sky puck buffering all the time

We've had the pick now for well over a year and we've had intermittent buffering but the last few months it's been awful. Is there anything that can be done please? Because if not when we're up for renewal we won't be able to stay with sky as it's near on impossible to watch a programme

We have had same problem. 55" sky glass TV works fine upstairs. The TV with the puck keeps buffering all the time though. 150mbps internet speed.

Showing 29.7 on independent app but sky says 37.9 with no issues

Either is likely to be too low for reliable use of Stream.  What does the Netflix app say,?

Current advice from Sky is that a minimum of 25Mbs is required to reliably run a Stream puck, even where viewing HD rather than UHD.
