'Sky' phone call regarding slow broadband speeds

I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Sky (phone number: 00491*********) advising that they have been alerted of slow broadband speeds over the last 48 hours. 

It sounded legit as she seemed to know my name, and that I am a Sky talk/broadband customer, but as soon as I said I hadn't noticed any issues with my broadband speed, she hung up. 

This call was received on my landline which in the 8 months of having this number, it has never been used to make a call or have I given the number to anyone (I don't even know what the number is!).

Does anyone know if this is a legit Sky phone number? and has anyone else had this before?

@SB12  Sky will not be pro-active in calling you about your broadband, this was a scam call.
