Hi, our new Sky Max Pod seems to constantly lose its connection to the Hub. I'd expect there to be a light on it at all times but does the light only come on when a device is using it?
it's plugged in and switched on permanently

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JIM910 the pod only has lightbwhen it is not connected - no light means it is either connected or has no power.
