Amber light for Internet on hub

Hi, The light on the hub is amber for Internet. All devices are saying connected without Internet. No issues coming up on the service checker. Thanks

@Jser your hub has lost its connection to the exchange but the service checker last ran before that happened. Therefore call Sky and report the line fault.
