@William257678  If this is not working by the morning come back and the forum can get this escalated for you to find out what has happened. Just have to see if the data does flow by midnight. I also take it that the engineer disconnected your old broadband that would have connected to the old phone socket?

Im not using a phone socket or cable at all , is it needed?

@William257678  No it is not needed. It was just to make sure that was all disconnected if it had been used.
