Sky max hub cost

I have spent longer than I would like to admit going around in circles with the virtual assistant, I just wondered if there was anyway to buy outright a sky max hub? Oh and I suppose how I would actually get a hold of anyone to do this.

You can't buy one outright. They are loaned to you as part of your subscription.

Re: Sky max hub cost

I saw it as £4 a month and just assumed they would also offer it as a one off. Guess it's back to the headache of finder a 3rd router that has option 61.

Plenty on Ebay, but I certainly wouldn't pay for one given how poor they are.

Not sure why finding a 3rd party router should be a headache when it's discussed almost daily.

Re: Sky max hub cost

I think the sheer volume of chat about 3rd party routers are the issue. I was looking at the ASUS RT-BE92U but it doesn't have a Merlin for option 61 at the moment.
