Sky max hub and wireless printer connecting

Hi,

just got dky max hub, trying to connect it to my hp 5530 hp wireless printer, recognises hub but wont connect,....help!!!
been 2+. Hours and still no joy!!!!

@Mickeys+mum try lowering the wifi security setting from wpa3T to wpa2 in the My Sky app. If that doesn't work temporarily turn off the 5GHz WiFi band and connect the printer once connected turn the 5GHz band back on.

You really are a genius - I too was very close to throwing the printer in the bin. The SKY guy on the phone said it was a problem with the printer. THANK YOU

Please can you let me know which one of the workarounds Chrissie gave you used to connect your printer to the WiFi? I've got my Sky Max on order and want to be forearmed should any printer issue arise ...I use my printer everyday for business so it is vital I'm not without it  thank you rgds Simon

I changed the security setting and that worked  - hope you get yours sorted too
