Sky max help

Hi connected my new sky broadband max router 11 days ago and my wifi signal drops out in areas of the house were it was completely fine with the old broadband hub 🤷‍♂️ so at the moment completely pointless paying more.

@Nick+ingie  You can ask Sky to send you out a pod to help with coverage, that is one of the reasons you are paying that little bit more. To request a pod call Sky and go through the steps to get a pod.
