Hi. I would be really grateful for any advice anyone can offer. Ive just upgraded to the white sky max hub and its been really hard to connect our devices to this. Randomly some have now connected after several days of repeatedly inputting the password etc but several devices eg one newish iphone and playstation 3 are still not connecting however many times we keep inputting wifi info. I feel like returning it as its been such a headache to install.
Thanks for any ideas on how to connect these last couple of devices

Some people have reported that they had to change the security settings in the My Sky app to WPA2 rather than WPA3.

A PS3 is really rather antique these days: I'd think it's not going to support either WPA3 or 5Ghz WiFi.
On the Max Hub the wireless bands can't be unsyncronised though: using an ethernet cable or Powerline adapters could well be preferable to WiFi.
