@Adam1971 if it is one of the pod boosters that match the white Sky Max hubs che k it is listed in the My Sky app as it wont connect unless it is if that applies call Sky.
Otherwise the normal reason is the unit is to far from the hub these units require a strong signal to operate so try it closer to the hub. They need to be placed rougjlybhalfway between the hub and thecarea needing the boost.
