my broadband has been cutting out ever since I joined sky, it's been 5 **bleep** months and I've not had a day where the internet hasn't dropped out
I am genuinely **bleep** at this shoddy service , they make it so difficult to even contact them when you do have an issue. Like they took away the ability to email them and then you jump through hoops looking for the contact info on the app.
I've phoned them 3 times now after getting nowhere with all other forms of contact, they've had me go through troubleshooting steps twice which hasn't worked and yet they still try to make me do it when I contacted them again today. I told
them we won't be doing that again and in the end they sent me a booster saying to try that like it'll somehow fix crappy router or service... genuinely at my wits end with this company and if there weren't penalties for cancelling a contract early I would have done so by now and also told anyone else thinking of using the service to stay away. What ill do now is smash the router with a hammer so they'll have to send me a new one, seems to be the only way

They'll just charge you for the smashed router. Suggesting you'll cause criminal damage to Sky property on Skys own forum is perhaps unwise.
