Why are Sky not responding to issues with customers WiFi?

I'm having issues with things connecting to my WiFi. Checking it says everything is ok with the WiFi. However things such as my sons ps5 won't connect. It looks like I'm just one of many having similar issues, why are sky not responding to people. It's been two days having the same issue!
