I've been using Parental Controls on the MySky App to limit my son's Xbox usage. A couple of weeks ago I realised that no matter what I did his Xbox is able to reconnect everytime he reboots it even with the parental controls enabled. When I go ito the app and the original profile I set up to manage the access, or any new ones I try to set up, I now see over eleven xboxes listed. Even if I assign all of these xboxes to a profile and then click on 'Pause devices' it does nothing as next time he reboots the xbox connects to the wifi with no issues. He's realised this and is just going on when he wants. What the hell is going on? It was working perfectly well until a couple of weeks ago. I've tried a factory reset of the router and have deleyed and reinstalled the MySky app on my phone and it's not resolved this.
Can anyone shed any light?
