Sky is killing me

Had no broadband since 31st of Jan keep been told a review is happening in 2_3 days but never get a call to say what's happening so I call and get the same story off a different advisor. They all say I will take on the case and never get called back so once again I have to call and get a new advisor and it starts again. Engineers have been called I think 8 times but nothing happens. Today was another review and again no call. They all say never seen this before. Anyone else had this?? 38 days and counting

Have you moved home or did you cancel your existing service before placing and order with a fttp upgrade?
