Sky internet/wifi down yet again

Yet again Sky broadband is down, sky need to sort this out or going with another provider. Never any humans on phone to talk to. Why so many issues???

Same here. Had an engineer out, checked everything & it was fine for a while now issues have started yet again

just spoke online to a help rep. not much help. gave me a tech number. Why they cant say oh yeah, theres an outage in your area. I dont know.

Probably because the vast majority of broadband failures are in the individual circuit to the address or the equipment within it.

my router and all other equipment fine. never mind i will await for the outage to sort itself out.

It is just ridiculous, 14 outages yesterday and 5 so far today. Definitely time to look fir a new provider for me.

Had a specialist dude from sky out, not open reach like the last time. He changed the box where the Internet cable goes into & fingers crossed, had no further issues! Speed is fabulous, in fact, faster than the dudes who came out! Says we are so lucky living so close to the exchange box, well I haven't felt that with the issues I have had, lol! Hope you all get sorted soon & thanks for your responses, much appreciated  👍
