Our Internet keeps dropping and won't load many Web pages even though all tests say it's OK. Clearly there is an issue somewhere but sky won't accept there is as all test say fine.
Started on Xmas day and has been the same since.
Cant stream, load Web pages bar about 5 and only 1 speed test connects which says all is fine.
Sky really is poor. This is the 3rd time this has happened in a year and all they do is send a new hub after being on the phone doing the same tests for an hour.
Then you find out there was an issue after all yet they kept saying it was my end.
