We recently switched to sky fibre broadband from plusnet just over a week ago. We have never had a problem with plusnet internet but since getting Sky installed our router drops connection multiple times a day and needs resetting. I don't understand the problem as we have nothing else connected to it apart from the sky puck for the TV. It's very frustrating and is interfering with our work throughout the day
