No wifi
I have lost wifi yet its saying my connection is fine. I have followed all the at home steps ans nothing is working

@Steph311 The app can be confusing as at first it tells you the state when it last ran a routine test. If you click through it will run again and it can tell you if there is a known fault and even offer to book an engineer. However if there isn't a known issue call Sky and report the fault so they ccan get it checked out.
