Hi my sky hub has been have issues lately. I currently have a weird situation where i can connect to my hub but i have no internet, but if i connect to my tp link booster i have internet. All 3 lights are green. Also my pc is connected via ethernet to the hub it shows my hub name but no internet. Ive already done a full reset by holding the reset button as i was told by sky over the phone. It fixed it for a few days but has stopped working again

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@James0901 there was an issue with the escalation system over the weekend which we are told has been fixed so check the forum but turn off any privaxy extensions etc as they can stop,the button appearing.
