Sky hub not working

Hey, the sky hub has no light on at all. The wifi doesn't appear on any devices. We need a replacement hub. Will you be able to provide one? Kind regards Jacqueline

@Mafalda128 What hub do you have, and you have checked the power socket is working by plugging in a know device to see!

Hi, thanks a lot for your help. I have managed to find the virtual assistant. This send me to an actual person at some point. They are going to dispatch a new hub. Thanks a lot
