No internet

Hello,

I tested my internet earlier as the internet was dropping out frequently but then re-connecting so an engineer was booked as it showed an external problem but now there is no internet at all and I can't re-connect even though I've followed the steps as instructed to try and get reconnected.

When I tested it again, it said there was no problem but my router is showing no internet?

Does this speed up the process for an engineer now that I have no internet at all as this will affect my work?

Thanks

Re: No internet

@LauLou The test's pin down the fault, if it is deemed that it is NOT specific and direct to your line, ie and AREA fault then that is what gets taken care off, software reported on your phone JUST does not get it right all off the time, repairs get done as and when they fall into line.

The time taken is the time nothing at all can be rushed in doing so, and wheb you look at the lights on your hub, you either trust what they are indicating to you or not.

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby

Working from home you have nothing extra as domestic broadband, you need quicker then get Business Broadband from sky.
