Hi my sky hub has went down I'm getting green light orange light green light orange light I've checked all connections and reset it but still nothing

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Notma the leds mean your hub has lost connection to the exchange rather than the unit is faulty. If you log into the My Sky app over a mobile connection and click to run the full connection test it should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If they are not give Sky a call to report the fault.
