Sky hub not working

Hi my sky hub has went down I'm getting green light orange light green light orange light I've checked all connections and reset it but still nothing

@Notma the leds mean your hub has lost connection to the exchange rather than the unit is faulty. If you log into the My Sky app over a mobile connection and click to run the full connection test it should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If they are not give Sky a call to report the fault.
