Sky hub not working

My sky hub box has a solid orange light on Internet and no light at all on voice been like it for 2 hours durno whats happening

@Chrisgreen97 have you tried rebooting your hub ie turning it off at the socket for 30 seconds and then back on or rebooting it through the hub interface

@Bek5 the internet light not lit or amber means the hub has lodt connection to the line. Could be one of several issues if still down this morning log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection and run the connection test if itvsays the line is fine it is reporting the results of the last routine test click to test again. If Sky are aware of a fault on your line it will tell you if it doesnt call Sky to report it so they can get it fixed.
