Sky Max Hub just stuck in setting up in MySky App
Following advice I have uninstalled the app, reset the hub and reinstalled the app but it is still stuck with a whirring orange circle on the app stuck with the message "we're setting up your hub” and I am not able to access any of the features.
The broadband is fine next to the router but not in the rest of the house
I have been sent a sky pod to make the wifi work across the house but it won’t let me set this up until the above is fixed
