Internet trash again

Internet keeps dropping enough for my emergency alarm to disconnect & emergency services to call me. I'm sure the ambulance services have better things to do than constantly waisting their time calling me. "Super fast wifi" Stop lying to your customers.

@Potty75 unfortunately this is probably an issue with your phone line which could be affected by the recent lousy weather. If you have a black Sky hub post your hub's connection stats Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

I have recently had an engineer out that was supposed to of fixed my issue.
