Sky hub no power, no lights

As the title says, got home today and Sky hub has no lights, tried to change it to another plug, tried a different wire. 

 

Nothing works, what should I do? The website tells me to. Submit a ticket and wait 72 hours for an answer thats 3 days which will lead to the weekend taking into consideration that it took them 3 months to install it to begin. With is there a quicker way of getting this sorted?

@Rubentor107 call Sky and they are likely to send out a replacement which inevitably take a few ddays to appear.
