Sky hub hasnt arrived

Placed an order for sky glass and broadband on the 24th. My sky glass has arrived already but my sky hub was supposed to arrive today but has not yet. On the app it says the delivery is expected soon. The scheduled go live date is the 6th of feb but was originally supposed to be tomorrow (the 1st). When should I expect my sky hub?

You should receive the hub anytime up until the day before your activation
