@Highlinder full reset. All lights flashing red, amber and then green. Takes around 7 minutes to come on, last about 10 and off again.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LovelyCan you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
If after the service checker completes and shows green all good can you click on broadband to get a more up to date test to see if it picks up any faults please.

@Highlinder yes I did all that yesterday and it just says everything is good, even when the red lights are flashing.
It has been off and all day today too.

Sky are sending an engineer on Thursday to do in home checks as they can't sort the problem
