Can't access answer to a help request

Hi all,

 

I appreciate your patience on this. I have received confirmation that the link being used to direct you to your updates is incorrect and should instead be https://www.sky.com/help/updates. Alternatively, you can access your updates through your My Sky App.

 

We're working to ensure the link moving forward is correct, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused 🙂

Why, what is happening, do you see an error and if so what does it say ?

Not OP but I have also been getting this for the last week+

 

When I log into myhelprequests.sky.com I get a message saying "Error, There was a problem. Please try again later".

I get this on my phone and on my desktop PC.

 

Also, If I go to the main sky website and log in then go to my messages section, I get this.

I've also been having the same error this last week or so. Have Sky confirmed there is an issue?

When I click that it tells me I have no messages, no cases, and when I try to open Documents or the Contracts tab I get a flash of a red dialogue box which then quickly switches to saying the page is restricted.

 

I did manage to grab a screenshot of the dialogue box in case that is relevant at all.

probably best that you update this link on the messages you are still sending out to customers, its still sending the wrong one.

Yesterday [02/10/25] I was directed by text message from Sky to see the latest update on the delay since 22/09/25 of my order [14/09/25] of the installation of  Broadband/Talk package to https://myhelprequests.sky.com and view a 10 digit number they supplied. 
The link does not work, and still shows the same error message [Sky technical]. I have tried all the links suggested on this forum with the same result. How can this not have been corrected after what looks like at least 4 months?

SKY ID does not give me access to tracking my order either. 
I spoke with an online "Sky Expert" this morning and after supplying all the relevant information, wanted to charge me before connecting me to the network to resolve the issue, which appears to be one of Sky's own making. I am still none the wiser about what the update is?

@EasyTiger1 What charge, and are you sure you where calling sky direct, sounds like you went via some other call system!

The charge was £1 (apparently refundable). I just need a telephone number to speak directly to a human being and not a "virtual assistant online", who has the ability to tell me what the update is on my order?

@EasyTiger1 Use this link, post 5 of 5 click on that, down to the call us click and the number to call will appear! The help number is not allowed to be posted on the Forum!
