Trying to purchase broadband

Hi, I have been on mysky app trying to purchase broadband all morning as I am moving house. However, every time I get right to the end of the buying process and it comes up with' a sorry we are having technical issues, please try later. 
this has been going on for hours. With the installation date now a week after move in date and I'm still unable to purchase. 
I am away on holiday so unable to telephone. 
help!!

@Samantha66 What are you trying to do, already an existing sky customer and now trying to home move your product's! If so then you may just have left it all far to late, and your issue may be blocking because off your current location, calling is going to be by far the best option or just wait until you can do it when able to call.
