My sky fibre keeps dropping, I get the orange light to voice, then all lights go green internet works for a few minutes and then back to the same thing.
Reset box, left turned off for a few hours as we went out. Again same issues as above!!! Thank you lee

At the minute the short term solution is to turn the hua off and on to try and get the internet calls back. I have also asked for an update from community managers

Ok. It looks like your wifi signals are dropping whilst ethernet is stable.
How long have you had the router?

On the phone today to sky put through the usual turn off, reset, unplug replug disconnect reconnect bla bla bla 😤 and they have escalated it, my mate gave me his old sky hub SR203 works ok and all lights lite up very quickly but then disconnects after a few minutes, are they locked to each customer would you no

Left sky can't be bothered with there excuses, never did get a connection again to there service, switched to a new provider
and it a working with no issues at all. Why can't sky fix there servers and listen to there customers.
