Engineer didn't turned up today, waste my day off to sit in the house for waiting nothing.
Also, when I placeed my order and in my contract, it said the activation date was between 28/11/23-02/12/23, but now suddenly changed to 18/01/24 without informed me by email or sms. That's mean I have a month without any internet. For god's sake, I kinda want to cancel my contract with sky!
