Engineer didn’t turned up and activation date was changed without being informed

Engineer didn't turned up today, waste my day off to sit in the house for waiting nothing.

Also, when I placeed my order and in my contract, it said the activation date was between 28/11/23-02/12/23, but now suddenly changed to 18/01/24 without informed me by email or sms. That's mean I have a month without any internet. For god's sake, I kinda want to cancel my contract with sky!

That usually happens when openreach find an issue that needs a specialist team
