Sky engineer
 I've had an engineer booked in for Friday 26th April as I'm having a problem with my internet. However, I'm abit concerned as it says 'Completed' which isn't the case. Am I being paranoid or will I have to book another appointment?

@itsajay99 what problem are you having? Are you sure it is a Sky engineer tgst was booked as many jobs arecdonecbybthe network operator Openreach. Often Openreach will cancel engineering appointments when they are aware of an area wide issue which is being sorted by a different team. If you are still having issues next week call Sky again to check what is happening.
