Sky engineer didn’t arrive

We need a broadband extender to get full coverage in the house and were advised a sky engineer had to visit to supply. The visit was booked for between 10-12 today but they haven't arrived.

Most likely scenario is he/she has been delayed at a previous job so I'd hold fire on calling Sky as the Customer Service agent won't know any update yet. If it's an Openreach engineer OR normally update the ISP's overnight.
