Sky didnt imform existing service provider when we switched to sky

We switched to Sky from virgin media but virgin have say they havent been informed of the switch even though we have had this wifi for over 1 month now

It is going to be difficult to mind out what has or hasn't happened as both will probably blame each other so bottom line you need to now cancel with Virgin and give them the date you changed to Sky.
