Broad band keeps going down
My broadband and wifi has now been on and off for the last 48 hrs and i cant speak to anyone as i dont have a landline telephone please can someone help

Hi @Kloppo
At the end of the help journeys on the Sky website it should give you an option to call or message Sky. The number can be called from any UK mobile, not just a landline.
The number can also be found at the bottom of https://www.sky.com/help under the 'Need more help?' banner.
