Activation text and Confirmed in the app

Hi There

I switched from BT Fibre 300 plan to Sky giga fast. My activation date was today, I received a text confirming sky was ready to go and I could set up my new max hub.

I got home from work and my bt hub was still plugged in and light blue as always. I set up the new sky max hub according the instructions, used the proper port on the ONT and made sure all wires were in their proper home and place.  it's just flashed slow green for 3 hours. I plugged my bt hub back in and it went blue and worked with the speed I've been getting for years. The BT hub then shut off and 2 mins later I get an email from them stating my service has now stopped. I take this as a sign that sky is now genuinely ready. I set up the max hub again and it's the same, It's had a green light slow blinking for 7 hours.

I'm doubting it's an issue with my line or the cabinet as BT worked perfectly until the very end of my service. Is there anything I'm missing? My sky app says activated, green ticks all round, no service issues in my area despite high winds. The only thing stuck is "were activating your sky max hub this may take 20 mins"

Thanks for any help I really appreciate it.
