Sky cancelled my contract why

Sky cancelled my contract without reason or explanation. When contacted by phone the problem was supposedly solved by issuing a new contract. Now I have demand for return of equipment which is pointless. How do I solve this issue

@Waggy2 thecrequest was probably sent as a result of the cancellation but I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
