Hi you sent someone out to fix the internet - it's saying all good for the internet but the smart to is saying it cannot connect to the internet or router?

Sky won't send anyone out to simply connect your Smart TV to your router, if your broadband is actually working then you need to resolve the TV not connecting to Wifi issue.
