Sky broadband not working

Good afternoon, my wifi and everything seems to be on and working however cannot connect anything to the internet. Every button on our Sky broadband is green other than Voice which is orange. I have rebooted, restarted, checked that everything is plugged in correctly and not fallen o it & still not working. We are unable to use our Sky Puck or any other device which needs WiFi. Please can someone assist?

Mine the exact same had the same issue yesterday and came back on at 10pm last night and at 9am today went off again and still...not getting much help from sky customer services

Oh you're joking!! I honestly don't know what to do anymore, I keep having problems with Sky. I'm glad you got yours back!
