Good afternoon, my wifi and everything seems to be on and working however cannot connect anything to the internet. Every button on our Sky broadband is green other than Voice which is orange. I have rebooted, restarted, checked that everything is plugged in correctly and not fallen o it & still not working. We are unable to use our Sky Puck or any other device which needs WiFi. Please can someone assist?
