Sky broadband

I contacted sky about a sky stream issue and the customer service said that there was an offer on my broadband that I could get it £3 cheaper so l agreed but when he was processing it he said that it was coming up even cheaper and by the end it was actually a 24 month contract for nothing. I have got the contract but sky don't want to honour it

@stulind All you can do is raise a complaint, have somone listen to the call if it was indeed recorded, and see what happens! For sure you are not going to get 24Months Broadband for zero payment!
