Hi received package from sky and do not know what is for ? My wife has it so not opened yet.

If it's a phone, contact Sky straight away; it's likely to be a scam!

 

It's been reported on the Sky forums numerous times, but this forum duscussion from a different source gives you an idea of whats going on.
