@Dave1032 That is a sure sign that the Fibre to the exchange has an issue! As there are a few varients off ONT boxes used, if the Alarm light is down at the bottom RHS on the box it could also just be a BBU unit and needs the batteries replaced, which is the customers resonsability to do so!
