Sky broadband

I have booked a sky net, then that £ 5 payment was not successful so I placed another order,unfortunately after one day the first payment done and I received the device, now second device also on the way First device it's showing it's activated but I am not able to get Internet, it's showing engineer visited in site and activated but nobody came to my home, how can we solve this issue

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

  • I called sky customer service but they don't have anything on system they deliver two devices, they scheduled engineers to visit site so they will sort out while visit they said thanks for your advice, I will update once it's sort out
