Slow Broadband

I have super fast and when check the speed within Sky, it shows no issue and appropriate speed but when I check external tool, I get the result "Slow" and zoom meeting gets freeze often.

 

Below is results from an external check tool.

Mbps download

10.9

Mbps upload

Server: Council Bluffs

Your Internet connection is very slow.

Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly.

HI, I can't even have a zoom call for work because it's so unstable and weak connection and it had never happened 

before switched to Super Fast and started paying more.

I switched because I work from home, hope to get the speed fixed soon.
