If you bill hasn't been paid then the process to restrict the broadband is automatic as it was with the TV, all we can say is it will stay on a little longer to give you time to pay the bill and to setup your payment method again so your services can be restored but if this bill isn't paid sooner or later your broadband will be restricted as well.
